Our air springs are made of vulcanized heavy-duty fiber-woven rubber that provides years of service. Our complete sets can be attached between the frame and the suspension.

We always inform our customers about the warranty of the purchased product; you can also check the warranty time in the product description. We generally provide a 2-year warranty for our air suspension sets, which might differ for our other products; please ask our colleagues.

The mounts designed by AH Suspension do not require interference with the chassis structure, such as drilling into the frame.

In most cases, the mounts and the air spring are fitted in place of the factory bumpers.

The duration of the installation depends on the choice of air suspension configuration. Each kit comes with installation instructions.
Air suspensions for minivans, campers: around 2-3 hours
Coil spring helpers: around 1 hour or less

Yes, we provide a detailed description for each purchase. Feel free to contact us with any questions. We can provide detailed information in person or over the phone.

If the ordered products are in stock at our shop, we ship out the product within 1-2 business days. Some of our products are stored in our external depo, so shipping out those products takes longer. We always contact our customers to inform them about longer delivery time.

Please consider that it will take more than 3-7 business days if you order abroad.

If you have a delivery company preference, please let us know. Last couple of years, we worked with almost all the delivery companies on the field; we face significant issues with some of them, which is why we usually work with GLS, even though it might be more expensive than others. (abroad)

Our air springs generally last 6-8 years with proper use.

The Rubber-Lift lifting rubber insert can be used for rear coil springs where the spring is “tired,” weakened, and its installation height has permanently decreased. The lifting insert can restore the original spring stiffness and the vehicle’s original ride height and stability (in the case of perfect shock absorbers).

You can return our product, and we will refund the total product price if the parts are unused or damaged. Please note that the buyer must pay the cost of the return. We will not accept cash-on-delivery packages.

Please inform us about the problem by email or phone first. Attach a picture or video. Our colleagues will do their best to contact you as soon as possible. If a warranty problem is identified, our company will send you a new part free of charge.
